Pedro Plascencia, Principal and Founder of Triaxial Development Services, specializes in erosion & sediment control, NPDES/SWPPP compliance, land development, and construction management. Pedro has over 9 years field experience, a B.S. in Construction Management from nationally recognized California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, and a large network of professional resources throughout Southern California and the Central Coast.
Pedro has managed multi-million dollar construction, land development, and erosion/sediment control projects throughout Southern California and the Central Coast.
