The Pasadena Unified School District Modernization – Phase 1 Projects where part of a a bond measure to modernize and rehabilitate the districts’ 33 K-12 schools. The projects involved work such as lead & asbestos abatement, painting, roofing, window replacements, and technology backbone and distribution system construction as well as new construction of school facilities.
The project was managed by a partnership, lead by Vanir Construction Management, with Pacifica Services and Clarence J. Broussard & Associates.
