A Pulte Homes development in Menifee, California, Barrington Heights and Ashton Hills are two adjacent single family residential communities in the newly developing area of Menifee off Interstate 215 and Newport Road. The project consists of three residential tracts, and 194 lots/homes.

The communities are lined with beautifly landscaped slopes, and are surrounded by natural hills which are part of a five year environmental mitigation and restoration project by Pulte. The area boasts a nearby golf course, new shopping centers, and is just a short drive to Temecula and Riverside.
