As a Certified Erosion, Sediment, & Storm Water Inspector, Pedro Plascencia provides inspection & consulting services to clients throughout southern California and the California Central Coast for their residential, commercial, and land development projects.

Inspection services range from pre-job, on-call, routine (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), storm event related, and  annual site/SWPPP certification.

Consulting services include compliance reviews, evaluation & recommendations of the site SWPPP, the overall job-site, the site BMP map(s), installed structural BMP’s, and non-structural BMP’s. Additional services offered also include working as the acting owner’s representative on projects assuring SWPPP compliance.
