Built by Charles Pankow Builders, The Paramount tower on Third and Mission is a 39-story, mixed-use high-rise with above-ground retail space and apartments, and below-ground parking.
A design-build project, it was built using the innovation Precast Moment Resistant Frame and was the tallest concrete-framed building within Seismic Zone 4 at the time of its completion in 2002.
